The 2am Drill
Every executive thinks they know what they'd do at 2am. Few have been tested. Three decisions, ninety seconds, no score, one honest observation at the end.
Plans don't respond to incidents. Rehearsed people do.
This drill is a ninety-second taste of the half-day exercises I run with boards and executive teams: realistic scenarios, real decision rights, and a debrief that goes to your organisation's actual gaps, detection, authority, communication discipline.
The scenario above is fictional but the pattern isn't. Most health systems cannot tell an equipment failure from an attack in the first hour. What your team does inside that hour is decided long before the phone rings, or it isn't decided at all.
Run the real thing with your executive team
A half-day tabletop exercise, built on your systems, your decision rights and your people. Frank debrief included.
